Born on January 10 ,1977.
In 1998 he graduated Indiana University, Bachelor of Finance.
In 2001 he graduated the Kazakh State Academy of Management with a degree in International Economics.

Professional experience:

From 1998 to 2000, he was Deputy Chief Accountant and Director of the Internal Audit Department at the "Ak-niet" Pence Action Management Company.
From 2000 to 2005 - Deputy Chief Accountant, Risk Manager, Head of Department, Portfolio Manager, Chief Portfolio Manager of CJSC "ABN AMRO Asset Management" Pension Asset Management Company.
From 2005 to 2006 - Deputy Director, Director of Corporate Finance Department of "Intergas Central Asia" JSC.
From 2006 to 2008 - Director of Corporate Finance Department of "KazTransGas" JSC.
From 2008 to 2012 - Financial Director of "KazTransOil" JSC , Managing Director for Economics and Finance of "KazTransGas" JSC.

Aigerim Shakhtybaevna began her career at JSC “NC“ KTZ in 2005 as Chief Specialist in the Marketing Division of the Corporate Development Department. In various years, she worked as Head of Division and Division Manager in JSC “NC“ KTZ Marketing and Logistics Department. She currently holds the position of Director of the Marketing and Transit Policy Department at JSC “NC“ KTZ.
