We inform you that on November 20, 2020, a change of ownership of shares of JSC «Kedentransservice» was registered, as a result of which JSC «NC «Kazakhstan Temir Zholy» became the Sole Shareholder of the Company.
Based on the above, JSC «Kedentransservice» acquired the status of a subsidiary of JSC «NC «KTZ».
